Does it actually work on Workday?: Yes — and Workday is the hardest ATS in the world to autofill. We handle the personal info, experience, and education steps; answer the work-authorisation and sponsorship questions; and auto-attach your resume PDF using a synthetic drag-drop. If you find a Workday tenant we haven't tuned for, email us the URL and the fix usually ships within a day.
How is my data stored?: Your resume, profile, application history, and stored cover letters all live in chrome.storage on your own machine. When you click Generate, the job description and a copy of your resume are sent through our proxy to Google Gemini, used to write the letter, and discarded. Our logs hold only timestamps, status codes, and your opaque install ID. We don't run analytics on your browsing. We don't sell anything.
Will it work on every job board?: It works reliably on the nine ATSs we list above, which together cover roughly 75% of corporate applications. For everything else, the cover-letter generator still works on any page with a visible job description — you copy the letter into whatever form the site has. We're adding new ATSs every week. Tell us which ones you need.
What if a supported site changes its form?: Our selectors are config-driven and updated server-side, so most ATS DOM changes mean a same-day fix that you don't have to download. If something breaks, email us and we'll patch it, usually within hours.
Is the cover letter any good?: Each letter is built from your actual resume bullets and the specific job posting. The prompt is tuned to cite concrete experience — numbers, scope, tech names — and to avoid the obvious AI tells (no "passionate", no "leverage", no "rockstar", no em-dash decoration). You can regenerate if you want a different angle. You always edit before submitting.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. The Manage Subscription button in the popup opens Stripe's customer portal. Cancel, pause, or change plan with one click. We don't bury the button, we don't bill you after you cancel, and we don't send retention emails.
What if I already paid but reinstalled the extension?: Click "Already paid? Restore Pro" in the popup. Enter the email you paid with. Stripe sends a one-click reactivation link. Your Pro status comes back, no support ticket needed.
